Set yourself up for PR this year! Join us for a 6-week running and weight training program to help you build a strong foundation for all your upcoming races!

Program Start:

Week of January 6th // First in-person group run - Tuesday, January 7th @ 6:00pm.

 

When/Where: 

Group training runs will meet on Tuesdays @ 6:00pm at a centrally located location in the Dayton area

 

Weight training classes will take place Thursday evenings at Fast Twitch Sports Performance

(7677 Yankee St, Washington Township, OH 45459)

 

Cost:

$150 per person for the full 6-week (run + weight training) program--that's less than $25/week!

$115 per person for the weight training program ONLY (includes swag bundle)

DTC Paid Members get 15% off*

*Discount automatically applied when logged into your DTC account.

 

**All registered participants will receive a welcome email on January 4th with details for the program, swag, and first week of training.

PUB RUNS

A Wonderful Pairing

Join Dayton Track Club, Runners Plus, and Key Sports on the first Wednesday of each month for a FREE group run from one of the MANY Dayton-local breweries! Connect with area runners, demo some of the latest and greatest footwear, and win loads of prizes! There's really no better way to Wednesday!

Due to popular demand, we've added the no frills "Pub Run Lite" on the third Wednesday of each month. FREE to all, these offer a great opportunity to socialize with fellow Dayton-area runners and explore some of the smaller or more out-of-the-way breweries! No frills, but all the thrills!
