Memorial Day 5K & Mini March

Race Info

Join Dayton Track Club and Key Sports in hosting their annual 5k on Memorial Day! This year, we've added a FREE "Mini March" for ages 8 and under! All 5k participants receive a $10 gift card to Runners Plus and a too-cool cooling towel from Blue Star Families! Afterward, kick-off your recovery with Mobility Fit Physical Therapy! 

The Memorial Day "Mini March" is a FREE, untimed 400m (1 track lap) race for kiddos 8 and under. All Mini Marchers will receive some fun, spirited swag for marching! 

Packet Pick-up

• Sunday, May 26th @ 1:00-5:00pm at Runners Plus - South Dayton (Kingsridge location)
• Monday, May 27th / Race Morning @ 7:15am-8:15am

• 7:15-8:15am - Race Day Registration & Packet Pick-up // Mini March open 7:30-9:15am
• 7:50-8:10am - Art Kitze Memorial Warm-up with Michelle Kitze
• 8:20am - Announcements & National Anthem by Maura Lemon
• 8:30am - 5k Race Start
• 8:45am-10:00am - Mobility Fit Physical Therapy Tent open for massage/treatment
• 9:15am - Registration closes for Mini March
• 9:30am-10:00am - Mini March (after the 5k)
• 10:00am - 5k Awards

• $30 through April 30th
• $35 through May 26th
• $40 on Race Day (shirt not guaranteed)
• 25% discount to Paid Dayton Track Club Members
• No t-shirt option - save $5!
• Guaranteed T-shirt deadline: May 22
• Mini March - online closes May 24th / Race Day registration available from 7:30-9:15am.

• Kettering Recreation Complex (2900 Glengarry Dr, Kettering, OH 45420)

Course

• Route (two loops) - mix of recreation path, sidewalk, and road
• Mini March (Kids Race - 8 and under) - 1 lap (400m / 1/4 mile) around a paved track (near the 5k start/finish)
